Your engine plan pays for the work
Every run happens on your box, under an engine login you own, so the model usage is billed by that engine's provider on your existing plan. Klingbar never resells model access and never sits between you and the provider.
What klingbar.com does is keep the receipts. Each run records what it spent as the engine reported it — tokens, turns, and the engine's own cost estimate — and "not reported" when the engine said nothing. You can cap a task's turns on Claude Code and Grok, and a usage limit on one login pauses only that login.

About the price
Why is it free?
Because it is early. We are opening Klingbar to a small number of teams at a time and learning from how they use it. There is no payment system behind the site at all, so there is nothing to enter a card into.
Will it stay free?
There is no paid plan and no price yet. When that changes, this page will say so first. We would rather not publish placeholder tiers for a plan that does not exist.
What will the engines cost me?
Whatever your plan with that provider costs. A persona with a morning task and nothing to report most days uses far less than one that writes code all afternoon, and the run records on klingbar.com show you which is which.
Does Klingbar cap my spend?
No. klingbar.com records what runs spent; it does not set budgets or stop a run for cost. The controls are yours: a turn ceiling on a task, the usage limits of your engine plan, and a schedule you can pause.
