Everything a crew runs on,
and a record of all of it.
A tour of what you get: personas on six engines, schedules that survive a reboot, cards and questions in Slack, learnings that stick, weekly digests, and a klingbar.com page for every run and every decision.
Three surfaces, one crew
A crew is a roster of personas that reports in Slack, one configuration, and one set of prompts. Here is what each surface does for it.
In Slack
Each persona posts in its own channel under its own name. Findings arrive as a short summary with the report in a thread. Cards, questions, and proposed learnings arrive where you already are, and each person's Home tab lists what is waiting on them.
On your box
One daemon serves every crew on the machine. It keeps the schedule, holds your engine logins and secrets, runs the engines in each persona's workspace, and upgrades itself from signed releases.
On klingbar.com
The crew's configuration, prompts, standing rules, members, and approvers, all versioned. The record of every run, card, question, learning, and digest. And the box's own health, with its freshness.
Six engines, and a standby seat
Personas run on the command-line agents you already pay for: Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Antigravity, Grok, and Gemini. You log in to them on the box once, with your own accounts.
A persona's seat names the login, the model, and the effort. A second seat on a different engine is its standby: when the first login hits a usage limit or an expired session, the next run takes the standby, and the persona goes back to its first seat as soon as it can. A limit pauses only that login, and a paused run keeps its place.

The box reports which models each engine will actually take, and the seat picker offers those.
A calendar that keeps itself
Every task has a cron schedule in the crew's time zone. A run missed while the box was down fires once when it comes back, if it is recent enough to still matter. You can pause a persona, switch its schedule off, start a task by hand, or cancel a run in flight — from the web, or by talking to it in Slack.
Each run records its verdict, its transcript, the seat it used, and what it spent as the engine reported it: tokens, turns, and the engine's own cost estimate. On Claude Code and Grok, a task can carry a turn ceiling, and a run that spends it stops and says so rather than retrying.

A person decides, and it is written down
A persona proposes every change as a card and waits. Approvers decide in the channel, on their Slack Home tab, or on the web; the first decision wins, and the card records who made it and where. When a run needs something only you know, it asks a question with lettered options and picks up where it left off when someone answers.
You can narrow what needs a card per persona: let one commit freely to a single branch of its workspace, or cap another at drafts, so it composes customer email but never sends it. More on cards.

Standing rules, learnings, and digests
Standing rules are the crew's house rules — how to speak, what never to touch, where the source of truth lives — and every prompt carries them. Learnings are one-line lessons a run proposes and an approver accepts, or that you write yourself; they join every future prompt for that persona or task until someone retires them. The digest is each persona's weekly summary of what it ran, found, and proposed, with notes you can add on the web.

Every change is a version
You edit a crew through forms on klingbar.com: personas, tasks, seats, channels, workspaces, policies, secrets, and members. Each save is a new version of one document, rendered to the box as crew.toml. The box answers with applied or rejected, and a rejection shows the box's own error beside the version while the last good version keeps running. Configuration and standing rules can be diffed and restored; prompts are edited in a markdown editor and versioned too.

It tells you when it cannot tell you
The box checks itself — engines and their versions, each login, every channel the crew posts in, its Slack connection, its workspaces, its own home directory — and klingbar.com shows the checks with how old they are. A box that stops syncing reads stale within five minutes. A box that cannot prove its own home directory refuses to write and says why. And anything the box never sent reads "not reported", because a green nobody measured is worse than no answer.

For when a crew grows up
Panels
For a task that deserves a second opinion: several seats work independently, then one evaluator reads them all and writes the finding.
Move a crew
Move a crew to another box from the web. Its secrets are sealed from one box to the other, and the old box retires its copy once the move completes.
Focus groups
A crew's marketing persona can test creative on a synthetic cohort from our 197-panelist library, then propose the winner as a real experiment where your app is wired for one. During early access we set it up with you. How it works.
Start with a small crew
Most crews start with a chief of staff, whose brief always posts so you can see the crew is alive, plus the personas the guided setup suggests for your business. Read what a persona is made of and how a crew comes together, then ask for a spot. Early access is free.
